logoYes I have Diabetes, nothing to be ashamed of that is just the way it is. Who’s to blame… I am. What am I doing about it? Well I’m on a pill to help regulate the blood sugar, now I have to work on my diet and start exercising. It sounds so easy to most but that is way easier said than done for me.

Food, especially sugar is my kryptonite. No matter how hard I try not to eat it before I know or realize it I’m eating a candy bar, cake, or some type of pie. It’s not just processed sugar but starches as well. Bread, pasta, etc. all turn into sugar, so it not just cutting out the sweets.

It’s type II diabetes but that is serious enough when I’m only 51 years old. I’ve got a 3 and 9 year old still to raise. So I need a lifestyle change and I need to stick with it.
